Newport Lettings Update

We’ve had quite the year so far here at Luscombe & Co. in 2015. From a rental perspective we’re continuing to go from strength to strength, renting more and more properties on a monthly basis. With regard to the properties that we’re taking on and advertising, Luscombe & Co. are building really strong relationships with the new build developments as well as continuing to foster the existing relationships we have with you, our landlords!
In addition to the work that we are doing with individual landlords and tenants, we are also continuing to work closely with several national and international relocation agencies and have already set up several more highly successful company lets to add to the relationships we already had in place. Our company lets this year so far have involved international clients who are doing a lot of building work in the area and other high profile companies such as Arriva Trains, Nandos and more locally the Celtic Manor.
Outside of the office it has been a busy time recently, many of you may have seen Hal taking part in a Rugby Legends match at Twickenham Stoop, pulling on the Welsh jersey one more time to face the Old Enemy. The match was played to raise money for charity.
