👥 Contract-Holder Charges (Permitted Payments Only)

  • Holding Deposit: One week’s rent, deductible from first rent payment

  • Late Rent Charges: 3% above Bank of England base rate (after 14 days)
  • Lost Keys or Fobs: Cost of replacement charged to contract-holder
  • Early Termination: Reasonable re-letting costs and rent until replacement
