Responsible for the systematic operations at Luscombe & Co, Barrie has been in the property business for 10 years. Dealing mostly with Landlords, Barrie is the first point of contact for legal questions, and also deals with all the payments to you. Having previously been the driving force behind a FTSE 100 company in London with over 200 staff, Barrie is well positioned to organise the office to provide you with the best possible service.

Hal Luscombe - Director/Marketing Manager
A member of Wales' Grand Slam winning team in 2005, Hal has traveled the World in both his previous career and his new role as Luscombe & Co marketing manager. More recently, Hal has been spending his time scouring the UK and indeed the World, learning the best ways to market your property and get you the best tenants. Hal believes in the old adage "To be the best you have to learn from the best." and that's exactly what he's done.

Penny Walker - Team Director/Office Manager
Having worked in the property industry since 2010, Penny has gained a wealth of knowledge within all aspects of lettings and enjoys the fast paced and various challenges that arise on a daily basis. Dealing with new business and overseeing the office, Penny is on hand to deal with any landlord query and provide swift feedback on appraisals conducted.

Working closely with Hal at the heart of the business, Christina is our Social Media Guru. Aside from monitoring our Facebook page and keeping our Twitter feed current, Christina optimises our website and profiles. Christina is also responsible for posting the content and marketing on our company website.

Anna - Sales Manager
Anna used to work as a Sales Manager for one of the UK's leading corporate fitness franchises. The skills that she learned in that role help her to get the most out of each conversation with prospective tenants and landlords. Whether she's taking fees over the phone or booking in valuations to look at new properties, Anna is always on the look out for ways to tie up a deal or progress the situation towards a positive conclusion. If you need information or documentation for anything at all, Anna is the person to go to. She's ultra organised and always knows the best person to speak to in any situation.

Felicia has joined Luscombe & Co with a fresh and energetic approach to administration. Having changed career paths Felicia has a great love for people and always tries to go the extra mile for people not only in her personal life but also within her work. Due to her high level of optimism, Felicia is always able to look for the positive outcome and use her problem solving skills to reach the desired goal. Felicia is responsible for dealing with enquiries and arranging viewings.

Cerys is the new to her negotiator role, and is able to use her many years of experience with dealing with customers, to always provide first class service. As a friendly, upbeat and talkative individual, Cerys will always ensure that each and every client leaves the office happy, by going that extra mile to help anyone. Whilst being keen to learn and willing to undertake any training, she’s very eager in progressing her career within the company.
