Thanks for sending this report – it’s very professional and at least goes to show people what you are doing for them – especially all those that say that agents don’t do anything. I always try to explain that for every place an agent lets, they have umpteen viewings where no one turns up or they’re time wasters etc.

This was my first experience of renting property and the whole process was extremely straight forward. I have just contacted them to get them to find me a new place as I am moving homes for work reasons.

I love the way Luscombe & Co run their business, I was beginning to lose faith in the lettings industry but it has been restored by the team at Luscombe & Co. Oh, I suppose I’d better mention the excellent tenant-finding work they’ve done and their knowledge, enthusiasm, unswerving patience and willingness to answer all my really-banal-first-time-landlordy-type questions with smiles on their faces.
